So when I played A's route the first time, the conversation they have with Rebecca near the end sounded to me like she was discouraging them from pursuing the MC. But then I played through some of the other routes, and she sounds much more accepting with the other characters. Is there a reason for that, or was my impression of the scene off?

It’s not necessarily discouraging but Rebecca knows A. Knows A will struggle with those feelings and possibly hurt their kid in the process.

So it’s more…concerned :D
